On the 2nd day of Art Fest, I took a class called "Big Time Book" with LK Ludwig. The class involved folding and ripping up watercolor paper, painting pages with layers of textured paint, then binding all the pages together using a repurposed thrift store belt. Though I wasn't able to finish painting all of the pages, I ended up putting together what I had. (So the book would have been even bigger....) I love the colorful open spine and how the pages lay flat for journaling.
